Info: This is a residential Teacher Training Course for those who wish to use Tibetan Heart Yoga as a supplement to their existing Yoga classes.
The course requires at least partial completion of a teacher training course in some other Yoga system.
This course will fulfill all the requirements for YSI certification including Tibetan Heart Yoga Series 1 - asana and philosophy, Yoga Sutra 1 course, Tonglen course, Basic Sanskrit course. There will be practical teaching sessions for Series 1 and Tonglen meditation. Also there will be an introduction to Tibetan Heart Yoga Series 2. This course assumes basic knowledge in teaching yoga asanas.
